4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed upon in the service contract
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

Upon full payment for services, the client receives full ownership rights to the content created specifically for them as part of our services, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to us for use in creating content do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Writing Fortress Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Writing Fortress or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require:

• A deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments for longer projects
• Final payment before the delivery of completed work

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the confidential nature of many writing projects. We agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all client information
• Not disclose the client's identity or project details without permission
• Take reasonable measures to protect confidential information

This confidentiality provision survives the termination of our service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Writing Fortress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if:

• The other party breaches a material term of the agreement
• The other party becomes insolvent or files for bankruptcy

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
